Sharp’ner: The Art of the Fanzine

Got this info sent today from D&AD. So if you're in London, or around London, you should go check it out.

D&AD has launched a new series of small events for members and friends, Sharp’ner offers an opportunity for stimulating discussion and the exchange of ideas around some really great projects…. in a bar.

For the first in the Autumn series, rid yourself of those post-summer holiday blues with September’s Sharp’ner; dedicated entirely to the art of the fanzine. Teal Triggs, Professor of Graphic Design at University of the Arts London, and author of new book ‘Fanzines’ leads the conversation, aided by Alex Zamora (Fever Zine), Cathy Lomax (Arty), Laura Oldfield Ford (Savage Messiah) and Neil Boorman, creator of the infamous Shoreditch Twat.
